Directions

Please do not use the postcode alone for directions. 

  1. If heading from Birmingham, follow the A45 (Coventry Road) and signs for Birmingham Airport.
  2. Take the slip road for the Airport, keeping left.
  3. After joining Bickenhill Lane, move into the right-hand lane for the next roundabout.
  4. At this roundabout, take the 3rd exit (U-turn), following signs for NEC West Car Park.
  5. Continue to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit signed APH / Airparks Express.

 

  1. Follow signs for Birmingham Airport & NEC.
  2. At Bird Island roundabout, turn right, following signs for the NEC.
  3. Continue onto Airport Way.
  4. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bickenhill Lane.
  5. At the following roundabout, turn left into the APH / Airparks Express car park.

APH/Airparks Express is located at NEC West Car Park and both our directions and the NEC West signposts will bring you to the correct location.

Arrival instructions

  1. Drive to Airparks Express and pull up in the arrivals area, a member of the team will check you in and then will guide you into a space. 
  2. This service is a self-park car park, so you keep your keys. Make your way to the nearest bus stop, the journey takes around 3 minutes to get to the terminal. Transfers run every 15 - 25 minutes.
  3. Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return instructions

  1. On your return, make your way to bus stop A, which will then take just 3 minutes to get back to the car park, so you can be on your way home as soon as possible. 

Security

This car park is has multiple security features which include: 24 hour staff and patrols, flood lights and perimeter fencing.

Disabled facilities

The shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible and there are Blue Badge bays available.

Transfer details

Transfers run regularly 24 hours a day, take 3 minutes and are included in the price. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicles must be under 2.1m in height and fit within a standard bay (2m wide x 5m long).

  • Only non-commercial vehicles with fewer than 8 seats and no trailers are accepted.

  • High-sided vehicles, minibuses, motorhomes, lorries, caravans, and trailers cannot be accommodated.

  • A leeway period until midnight may be granted at the car park’s discretion.

  • Stays beyond this period are subject to an overstay charge of £25 per day.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
