Directions

Please do not use the postcode alone for directions. 

  1. If heading from the direction of Birmingham, follow the A45/Coventry Rd and signs towards the airport.
  2. On slip road, follow signs to Airport (Keeping to the left).
  3. When joining the main carriageway (Bickenhill Lane) move into right hand lane coming up to the roundabout.
  4. Take 3rd exit (coming back on yourself). Follow signs to NEC west car park.
  5. At roundabout take 1st exit to APH/Airparks Express

 

  1. Directions from South, follow signs to Birmingham Airport & NEC. 
  2. On approach to Bird Island roundabout, turn right. following signs to NEC. 
  3. On Airport way, the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bickenhill Lane.
  4. At the roundabout turn left into the Airparks/APH express car park. 

APH/Airparks Express is located at NEC West Car Park and both our directions and the NEC West signposts will bring you to the correct location.

Arrival instructions

Drive to Airparks Express and pull up in the arrivals area, a member of the team will check you in and then will guide you into a space. 

This service is a self-park car park, so you keep your keys. Make your way to the nearest bus stop, the journey takes around 3 minutes to get to the terminal. Transfers run every 15 - 25 minutes.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return instructions

On your return, make your way to bus stop A, which will then take just 3 minutes to get back to the car park, so you can be on your way home as soon as possible. 

Security

This car park is has multiple security features which include: 24 hour staff and patrols, flood lights and perimeter fencing.

Disabled facilities

The shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible and there are Blue Badge bays available.

Transfer details

Transfers run regularly 24 hours a day, take 3 minutes and are included in the price. 

Vehicle restrictions

Most standard cars are accepted at this car park, provided they meet the following conditions: the vehicle must be under 2.1m in height and must fit within a standard parking bay measuring 2m wide by 5m long. This includes non-commercial vehicles with fewer than 8 seats and without trailers.

Please note, we are unable to accommodate high-sided vehicles, minibuses, motorhomes, lorries, caravans, trailers, or any vehicle that exceeds the maximum height or bay size restriction

This car park offers a leeway period until midnight which is at their own discretion. Any longer than this, will result in the daily overstay charge which is £25.

The car park is open 24 hours a day.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
