Directions

Before you set off, please ensure you call 0121 227 3338 (option 1) prior to your arrival.

  1. On arrival at Birmingham International Airport, stay in the right-hand lane and follow signs for ‘Valet Parking’.
  2. Drive through the barrier and take a ticket, which you’ll hand to your Maple Parking chauffeur.
  3. Park your vehicle in the designated Maple Parking bays.
  4. A uniformed chauffeur with ID will meet you to collect your vehicle and complete the handover.

Arrival instructions

  1. Call 0121 227 3338 (select option 1) 15 minutes before your arrival at Birmingham Airport.
  2. Have your Booking Name and Booking Reference ready when you call - this allows us to dispatch your driver promptly.
  3. Follow the directions provided to the meeting point at the terminal.
  4. On arrival, please allow 3-4 minutes for our driver to complete the check-in procedure and carry out a photographic vehicle inspection.

If you are running late, this inspection can be completed by the driver after you leave but before your vehicle is moved.

Return instructions

  1. Once you have collected your luggage, call Maple Parking on 0121 227 3338 (option 2).
  2. Exit the terminal and follow the signs to Valet Parking, where you originally dropped off your car.
  3. Your vehicle will be returned to the designated Maple Parking bays by a uniformed driver.
  4. Please ensure you are at the collection point within 10 minutes of your call to avoid additional charges payable at the exit barrier.
  5. If you are returning earlier than your booked time or date, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to prevent any delay.

Occasionally, the meeting point may change at short notice - you will be advised of this when you call if it applies to your return.

Important information

  • For any last-minute date or time changes before your booking starts, call Maple Meet & Greet on 0121 227 3338.

  • No trailers accepted; vehicles must fit within a standard space (2.4m x 4.8m).

  • Late collection after calling for your car may incur extra charges. Additional days are charged at £20 per day (or part day) and must be paid before vehicle handover.

  • All vehicles must be roadworthy, with a valid MOT and Road Fund Licence. Unsafe or illegal vehicles will be refused and no refunds issued.

Security

After dropping your car with one of the Maple drivers, it will be taken to a nearby car park, employing modern security systems and CCTV.

Disabled facilities

The Maple Meet & Greet service is perfectly suited for passengers requiring extra assistance, offering a smooth and convenient experience with no need for transfers or long walks to the terminal.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Maple cannot accept the following vehicle makes due to insurance restrictions: Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, or Maserati.

  • No trailers are permitted.

  • Vehicles must fit within a standard parking space (2.4m x 4.8m).

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
