Directions

MBW Meet & Greet parking applies for all terminals at Heathrow Airport. Head towards Heathrow Airport. Follow the signs for the Terminal Parking Car Park (Formerly called Short Stay), where you will then need to follow signs for off-airport parking. A member of the team will be on-hand to take your car and securely park it for you.

Arrival instructions

Terminal 4 (Postcode: TW6 3XA):

 

  1. Call MBW on 020 8759 5252 when you are approximately 30 minutes from Heathrow Terminal 4. MBW will confirm when a uniformed driver is ready to meet you.
  2. As you approach Terminal 4, follow signs for Terminal Parking Car Park (formerly called Short Stay).
  3. Drive up the ramp, keep to the right, and enter the car park.
  4. Head down to Level 2 and follow signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in rows E or F.
  5. The desk is located at the Lift Lobby. Hand over the car park ticket to the MBW captain.
  6. Before handing over your vehicle, take photographs of your car to support any potential damage claims. Please note MBW staff will only complete a brief exterior check.
  7. Hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain, then complete and sign the paperwork before heading to departures.

MBW pay for 15 minutes of the parking on arrival and exit

Return instructions

  1. Once you’ve collected your luggage, or passed passport control if you have hand luggage only, call 020 8759 5252.
  2. The despatch office will provide an estimated delivery time for your vehicle. If there’s a delay, please remain inside the terminal until advised. Be aware that early or late arrivals outside your booked times may require a wait.
  3. In the arrivals hall, you’ll see Costa Coffee in front of you - turn left and take the exit next to W.H. Smith. Cross the three lanes using the zebra crossing.
  4. Take the furthest set of lifts on your left up to Level 2. On exiting the lifts, you’ll see the APH desk directly ahead.
  5. The Handover Captain will meet you at the Maph desk or directly at your vehicle.

Booking Amendments

  • For any last-minute date or time changes (from the day before your booking starts), contact MBW directly on 0208 759 5252 to advise of the change.

ULEZ Charges

  • ULEZ charges apply and will be triggered on both your arrival and return dates.

Arrival Window

  • MBW allows a 45-minute window from your pre-booked arrival time to drop off your vehicle at the airport car park.

  • Additional charges of £7.50 apply if you exceed this timeframe.

Security

APH's insured drivers will park your car in their secure car park which is patrolled 24 hours a day and has CCTV coverage.  

Disabled facilities

This service is ideal for anyone who has a disability and requires extra assistance as you hand over your car at the terminal, and take a short walk to check in. 

Vehicle restrictions

  • Late or early flight arrivals between 23:59pm and 04:00am will incur a £25 charge.

  • Vehicles exceeding 2.2 metres in height will be subject to a £50 overheight charge.

  • ULEZ charges apply - please be aware that the car park is within the ULEZ zone.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
