If you’re travelling northbound (clockwise) on the M25:
Exit the M25 at Junction 14.
Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout, following signs for T4 & Cargo (A3113).
At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Colnbrook (A3044).
Important: Stop following SAT NAV directions to UB7 0EW at this point.
At the following roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bath Road (Colnbrook, Poyle).
Continue on Bath Road for about 300 metres—Maple Parking Park & Ride will be clearly signposted on your right.
If you’re travelling southbound (anti-clockwise) on the M25:
Exit the M25 at Junction 14, following signs for T4 & Cargo.
Take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto A3113 (T4 & Cargo).
At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Colnbrook (A3044).
Important: Stop following SAT NAV directions to UB7 0EW at this point.
At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Bath Road (Colnbrook, Poyle).
Drive for about 300 metres—you’ll find Maple Parking Park & Ride on your right.
When you arrive at Maple Parking Park & Ride near Heathrow:
Drive through the automatic barrier and enter the vehicle inspection tunnel.
Follow the signs for Check-in / Arrival Bays and park in an available bay.
Unload your luggage and proceed to the Check-in desk.
Staff will complete a photographic vehicle inspection and check you in. This usually takes around 10 minutes.
Allow extra time for the shuttle transfer, which runs approximately every 20 minutes and takes up to 15 minutes to reach Terminals 2 and 3.
If your return plans change and you are arriving earlier than expected, please give at least 24 hours’ notice, or as much notice as possible, so Maple Parking can have your vehicle ready.
Once you have collected your luggage and are ready to clear customs:
Call 01895 549230 and follow the instructions on the return card provided at check-in.
The shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and will collect you from the terminal, returning you directly to the car park.
Collect your keys and drive home at your convenience.
