Simply leave your car with one of Park Giant’s certified chauffeurs and leave the rest to them. Your vehicle will be parked in Park Giants 24-hour, secure compound, providing you with the peace of mind needed to focus on what’s really important: having fun on your holiday.

To avoid additional short stay car park charges, please call 07857 366664 or 07594517711 at least 30 minutes prior to reaching the airport and you must be contactable on the number you have provided on the booking. The company will only pay for a maximum of 15 minutes parking. If there are any changes in any of the booked time(s) please call the numbers provided and let Park Giant know. Ensure that you have removed your travel documentation, phones, any cash, and all valuables from your vehicle. No responsibility is accepted for any personal items left in vehicles. You are advised to photograph your vehicle to support any damage claim.
Hand over the vehicle and keys to the staff, sign the paperwork and head straight into your terminal check-in. A fully insured chauffeur will drive your vehicle to our secure location for storage whilst you are away.
Directions to Heathrow Airport terminal 4:
Terminal 4 - Post Code TW6 3YD. Height restriction for Short Stay is 2.1m.
Follow signs for T4. Drive up the ramp and follow signs for Passenger Pick Up Short Stay. At the top of the ramp, you’ll see the barriers and signs for Short Stay Car Park 4. Do not go to Drop-Off (left lanes before car park entrance) or Heathrow Meet & Greet as there are additional fees which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow. Use any of the 2 barriers to your right, take the barrier ticket to hand to the driver and drive down the ramp to Level 2 following signs for Off-Airport Parking. Park in Rows E or F where a chauffeur will meet you.
On your return, please call us twice on the number provided, first call as soon as you land and the second call as soon as you collect your luggage.
You must check your vehicle in full upon arrival and advise us of any concerns before moving from the parking bay. Damage claims will not be accepted if reported after leaving the parking bay.
Sign the paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated point. Entering the Heathrow Drop-Off areas (signposted) will incur additional fees that are payable directly to the airport.

Terminal 4 Collection Instructions
As you enter the arrival hall, Costa Coffee will be in front of you. Turn left and take the exit next to WH Smith. Cross the 3 lanes using the zebra crossing.Take the set of lifts to your left to level 2. The office will inform you of your vehicle and driver location.
Overstay charges are £25 a day. The overnight charge is £40 for the first hour and any additional hours are charged at £25 per hour.
Early returns will be charged £20.

IMPORTANT - If you have a last minute date or time change from the day before your booking is due to start, please ensure that you contact Park Giant by telephone on 07857366664 / 07594517711 to advise of the change.
Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point in the short stay car park to support any claim for damage.
From 29th August 2023 new ULEZ charges will affect bookings at most car parks serving Heathrow for vehicles that do not meet Euro 6 emissions regulations - please make sure you check before you travel.

Park Giant car park is regularly assessed by a specialist team from the British Parking Association’s Safer Parking Scheme and by local Police. There is perimeter fencing, on-site security patrols 24/7 and CCTV.
