Terminal 2 – TW6 1EW (Height limit: 2.2m)
Follow signs for T2 Terminal Parking (Short Stay 2), keeping right for Level 4. Park in Row B where a chauffeur will meet you.
Terminal 3 – TW6 1QG (Height limit: 2.2m)
Follow signs for T3 Terminal Parking (Short Stay), drive up to Level 4, and park in Row A to meet your chauffeur.
Terminal 5 – TW6 2GA (Height limit: 2.2m)
Follow signs for T5 Terminal Parking (Short Stay), keep left for Level 4, and park in Rows R or S for chauffeur handover.
Pre-arrival information:
Entry and exit fees (£7.50 each way) are included in your booking.
Call at least 30 minutes before reaching Heathrow and keep your phone available.
Park Giant covers 15 minutes of parking only - please advise if your time changes.
Before handing over your car:
Remove valuables, travel documents and cash - Park Giant cannot accept responsibility for items left in vehicles.
Photograph your car at drop-off to support any damage claim.
Hand your keys to the chauffeur, sign the paperwork, and head straight to check-in.
Terminal 2 Collection
Head to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park. Your vehicle will be ready in the Off-Airport parking area, Rows A & B.
Terminal 3 Collection
From the arrivals hall, take the lift on the right-hand side just before the exit doors to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park. Look for Rows A & B in the Off-Airport Meet & Greet area.
Terminal 5 Collection
Exit the arrivals hall, turn left, and take the lift ahead up to Level 4 of the Terminal Parking car park. Your vehicle will be waiting in Rows R or S, within the designated Off-Airport Meet & Greet parking areas.
Last-minute changes: If your booking details change within 24 hours of your arrival, contact Park Giant immediately by telephone on 07857 366664 or 07594 517711 to update your booking.
Vehicle photographs: Customers must photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point in the Terminal Parking car park to support any potential damage claims.
ULEZ charges: This car park is located within the ULEZ zone - charges will apply both on your start date and return date.
Park Giant's car park has perimeter fencing, on-site security patrols 24/7 and CCTV.
Overnight charge: £40 for the first hour, then £25 for each additional hour.
Overstay fee: £25 per day.
Early return fee: £20 if you return before your booked date.
Vehicle size limits: Extra charges apply for long wheelbase vehicles or any over 2m in height - email contact@parkgiant.co.uk to confirm availability and arrangements.
ULEZ charges: Heathrow Airport is within the ULEZ Zone. Ensure all applicable charges are paid.
