Directions

If you’re using a sat-nav, use the following postcode: M90 5AZ.

  1. Exit the M56 at Junction 5.
  2. Keep to the left and take the first exit signposted Terminal 2.
  3. At the roundabout at the top of the hill, take the first exit, and then approximately 100 yards further on, turn left onto Thorley Lane.
  4. Continue down Thorley Lane, past the Etrop Grange Hotel.
  5. The entrance to JetParks 1 is immediately afterwards on your left-hand side.

Arrival instructions

On arrival at the car park:

  1. Drive up to the barrier.
  2. The Automatic Number Plate Recognition system will recognise your vehicle and the barrier will rise.
  3. Park your car and head to the nearest bus stop to catch a transfer to the terminal.

If the entrance barrier does not rise, please press the help button for 24-hour friendly staff.
Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return instructions

On your return:

  1. Follow signs to the airport car park bus stops.
  2. Head to the same bus stop and take the transfer back to the car park.
  3. As you leave, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system will recognise your vehicle and the barrier will rise.

Important information

  • JetParks 1 is for Terminal 2 passengers only - not suitable for Terminals 1 or 3

JetParks 1 at Manchester Airport offers safe and secure parking with multiple layers of protection in place:

  • Barrier-controlled entry and exit with Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR)

  • 24/7 CCTV monitoring covering the entire site

  • Regular staff patrols to ensure ongoing security

  • High-security perimeter fencing to prevent unauthorised access

Disabled facilities

There are a limited number of disability-friendly spaces available at JetParks 1 for Manchester Airport, so it’s advised that you book ahead of time to secure a parking bay that is suitable for Blue Badge permit holders. The buses are also wheelchair friendly so that you can get to and from the airport terminal with ease. If you have any queries, do contact them for more information.

Transfer details

JetParks 1 provides a quick and reliable shuttle service to Manchester Airport Terminal 2.

Transfer time: 5–10 minutes, every 15 minutes

Transfers are included in your booking and run directly to Terminal 2 only.

 

Vehicle restrictions

This car park does not accept transit vans, minibuses, motorhomes, caravans and trailers.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This car park is Semi-Flexible:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • If your booking is due to start within 4 days of your booking date then unfortunately, once booked, you will not be able to cancel or amend your booking, and it will be non-refundable.
        If you are booking further in advance you can cancel or amend your booking up to 4 days before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 4 days before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on the adjustments.
