Directions

Whichever route you’re taking in Essex to arrive at Stansted Airport, be sure to give I Love Meet & Greet a call ten minutes before you arrive, just to ensure that your vehicle can be ready and waiting. Once you find yourself on the approach to the airport and its various parking options, keep your eyes peeled for the Express Set Down, which will take you to the parking bays outside the terminal.

From the M11:

  1. Leave at Junction 8/8a.
  2. Follow the road onto the A120.
  3. On the roundabout, take the third exit following the A120.
  4. Keep left and exit on the slip road up to the Bassingbourn roundabout, take the second exit.
  5. Take the third exit on the next roundabout.

Arrival instructions

Dropping-off your car with I Love Meet and Greet is easy:

  1. When you’re ten minutes from arrival at the airport, call I Love Meet and Greet.
  2. Follow signs to Express Set Down outside the Terminal. Drive to Area Zone C. You will be met by an I Love Meet and Greet chauffeur who will be waiting for you.
  3. Hand over your keys and head to the terminal – your car will be parked for you.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Collecting your car couldn’t be easier:

  1. Call I Love Meet and Greet once you’ve cleared customs and collected your luggage.
  2. Head to the meeting point, issued when you call.
  3. The chauffeur will meet you and return your car to you on the forecourt back in Zone C

Prices quoted include a £7 airport access booking fee, however you will be liable to pay the exit fee online. Please note you have only 10 minutes to exit before the charges increase.

Important information

IMPORTANT - If you have a last minute date or time change from the day before your booking is due to start, please ensure that you contact I Love Meet & Greet by telephone on 01279 682230 to advise of the change.

Security

I Love Meet & Greet provides a secure facility designed to keep your car protected throughout your trip. The site features 24/7 uniformed staff, full CCTV monitoring, controlled barrier access and complete perimeter fencing to ensure only authorised vehicles and personnel can enter.

Disabled facilities

If you require disability needs or experience mobility issues, then Meet & Greet parking is an ideal parking alternative. There is assisted loading on-hand from I Love Meet & Greet’s staff, should you require it. An experienced driver will drop your vehicle off at a secure parking compound and back at the terminal upon your return, so there will be no need to locate disabled parking bays.

Transfer details

When you meet the I Love Meet & Greet team, you will be parking directly outside Stansted’s main terminal. This means there is no need for a transfer bus service to get you to-and-from a remote car park. Instead, the check-in desks are just a short walk away from the designated parking bays.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Vehicle restrictions apply. ILMAG can only accommodate standard vehicles up to 4 metres in length.

  • Taxis are not accepted at any ILMAG car park.

  • Prices include a £7 airport access booking fee, but an additional £7 exit charge is payable at the barrier on your return. (10 minute fee)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
