Directions

I Love Park & Ride Stansted is located within the airport grounds and just over 1-mile from the terminal. The car park is located next to a fuel station, supermarket and fast-food restaurant, which is ideal for travellers looking for refreshment before the next stage of their journey.

From the M11:

  1. Follow signs from the motorway towards the Mid-Stay car park
  2. Drive to the Holiday Inn Express
  3. The entry to the car park is immediately on the right hand side - just before the entry to the hotel car park

Arrival instructions

On arrival at the car park:

  1. Drive into the car park and park in the customer bays directly ahead.
  2. Head into reception and confirm your booking and hand over your keys.
  3. You will then be transferred to the airport.

You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.

Return instructions

Collecting your car is just as easy:

  1. Collect your luggage and clear customs. Call I Love Park & Ride from the arrivals area to request a transfer.
  2. Catch the transfer bus back to the car park.
  3. Head to reception to collect your keys and then pick up your car.

Important information

You’ll need to leave your car keys when dropping off your vehicle, as it may be moved and stored in another secure car park facility while you’re away. All parking areas are located within the airport boundary, and every driver is fully insured for your peace of mind.

Security

Security is a top priority when you’re considering leaving your car in the care of a company, and it just so happens that security is a top priority for I Love Park & Ride Stansted too. A fully insured driver will drive your vehicle to one of the company’s satellite car parks. In the case of I Love Park & Ride, these security measures include 24-hour staff, barrier-controlled entry and exit, security fencing, 24-hour patrols, CCTV and lighting. You can rest assured that your car is safe and secure while you’re away so you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind. 

Disabled facilities

If you or any person in your group needs help with the loading or unloading of baggage or extra assistance, the staff at I Love Park & Ride will be more than happy to help.

Vehicle restrictions

Vehicle size limits apply - only standard vehicles up to 4 metres in length can be parked. Please note that taxis are not accepted at any I Love Meet & Greet (ILMAG) car park.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
