Directions

Directions from London:

  1. Leave the M11 at Junction 8a
  2. Follow the road for just over 1 mile, take the exit signed Stansted Airport.
  3. Branch left, at the Bassington roundabout take the second exit onto Thremhall Avenue
  4. At the Coopers End roundabout, take the third exit and follow signs for Short Stay Car Parks
  5. Take the entrance signed Short Stay Blue

Directions from Cambridge:

  1. Leave the M11 at Junction 8
  2. Take the A120 exit towards Stansted Airport.
  3. At the Priory Wood roundabout, take the third exit and merge onto A120 and branch left.
  4. At the Bassington roundabout take the second exit onto Thremhall Avenue
  5. At the Coopers End roundabout, take the third exit and follow signs for Short Stay Car Parks
  6. Take the entrance signed Short Stay Blue

Arrival instructions

Drive up to the barrier, which will automatically recognise your number plate and raise to allow you to enter. Park in any space, keep hold of your keys and the terminal is just a 7-10 minute walk away.

Return instructions

Drive up to the barrier, which will automatically recognise your number plate and raise to allow you to exit. If there is any issues, please press the intercom button for assistance. 

Important information

Please ensure you read the following information to help your parking experience run smoothly.

  • The shortest stay available when pre booking is 24 hours.

  • If you are parking for less than 24 hours, it may be cheaper to pay on arrival.

  • No refunds can be offered if the price at the car park is lower than the pre booked rate.

Security

The car park is protected with CCTV and automatic number plate recognition at the entry barriers. It also benefits from regular staff patrols and bright flood lighting to keep the area secure at all times.

Vehicle restrictions

  • Trailers are not accepted at Stansted Airport.

  • All vehicles must fit under the 2 metre height barrier.

  • Vehicles must fit within a standard parking space.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This car park is Semi-Flexible:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • If your booking is due to start within 4 days of your booking date then unfortunately, once booked, you will not be able to cancel or amend your booking, and it will be non-refundable.
        If you are booking further in advance you can cancel or amend your booking up to 4 days before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 4 days before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on the adjustments.
