Directions

From the south
- Exit the M11 at junction 8a.
- At the roundabout, you'll need to take the fourth exit onto the A120 Thremhall Avenue.
- Take the third exit at the next roundabout.
- Follow this road for around a mile then take the Stansted Airport exit, branching left.
- You'll come to a roundabout, take the second exit, continuing onto Thremhall Avenue.
- You'll shortly arrive to Coopers end roundabout. Take the third exit onto Terminal Road South.
- When you reach the next roundabout take the first exit, and follow the signs for Short Stay.

From the north
- Exit the M11 at junction 8.
- At the roundabout, you'll need to take the first exit onto the A120 Thremhall Avenue.
- Take the third exit at the next roundabout.
- Follow this road for around a mile then take the Stansted Airport exit, branching left.

Arrival instructions

 

  1. Drive up to the barrier and wait for your number plate to be recognised. The barrier will lift automatically.
  2. Find a parking space and park your vehicle.
  3. Walk straight to the terminal.

Return instructions

 

  1. Return to your vehicle and get ready to leave the car park.
  2. Drive to the exit barrier. It will lift automatically.
  3. If you need assistance or have overstayed, visit a payment terminal or press the intercom button at the exit. Staff will be on hand to help.

Important information

Please ensure you read the important information below to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • The car park may offer a discretionary grace period of up to 6 hours.

  • Stays longer than the grace period will be charged at the car park’s standard rate of £60 per day, which may change.

  • Pre booked parking has a minimum stay charge of 24 hours.

  • No reimbursement is available if your stay is shorter than the period booked.

Security

The car park is protected with 24 hour CCTV, floodlighting, and secure entry and exit barriers. Regular staff patrols and automatic number plate recognition at all access points provide added reassurance throughout your stay.

Vehicle restrictions

  • 6 hour grace period offered at the car park’s discretion

  • Stays longer than 6 hours are charged at the standard daily rate of £60, which may change

  • Pre booked parking carries a minimum stay charge of 24 hours

  • No reimbursement can be given for stays shorter than 24 hours after booking

Terms and Conditions

  1. This car park is Semi-Flexible:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • If your booking is due to start within 4 days of your booking date then unfortunately, once booked, you will not be able to cancel or amend your booking, and it will be non-refundable.
        If you are booking further in advance you can cancel or amend your booking up to 4 days before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 4 days before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on the adjustments.
