Directions

From the M11 Northbound:

  1. Exit at Junction 8a, follow the road over the flyover
  2. At the roundabout, keep left and take the filter road into Round Coppice Road.
  3. Take the first exit at the roundabout passing the Novotel on your left 
  4. At the next roundabout take 1st exit into the Long Stay arrivals

From the M11 Southbound:

  1. Exit at Junction 8, At the roundabout take 1st exit onto the A120
  2. At the Priory Wood roundabout, take the 2nd exit into Round Coppice Road.
  3. Take the first exit at the roundabout passing the Novotel on your left 
  4. At the next roundabout take 1st exit into the Long Stay arrivals

Arrival instructions

On arrival at the Long Stay car park:

  1. Approach the entry barrier and wait for the automatic system to recognise your number plate.
  2. Once your number plate has been recognised the barrier will raise.
  3. Park your car in marked space.
  4. Make your way to one of the bus stops and catch a bus transfer to the terminal building

Please ensure you allow sufficient time park your vehicle and complete the airport transfer.

Return instructions

After landing:

  1. Collect your luggage and clear customs and then head to the bus stops.
  2. Take the bus back to the car park. Please ensure the bus is heading to the correct car park zone.
  3. Collect your car and then head to the exit barrier.
  4. The barrier will open and you may proceed out of the car park.

This car park is protected by 24 hour CCTV, secure fencing and regular security patrols. Your vehicle remains in a monitored area throughout your trip for added peace of mind.

Disabled facilities

There are 100 bays reserved for Blue Badge holders, providing convenient and accessible parking close to the facilities.

The free transfer bus operates just a short distance from the terminal and is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Blue Badge holders are usually invited to board the transfer bus first, with priority seating and dedicated wheelchair points available on board. If you need assistance, simply press the help button in the bus shelter to let the controller know you require a transfer to the terminal.

Vehicle restrictions

Vehicles must fit within a standard parking space, including width and length limits.

  • Maximum vehicle height is 3.5 metres.

  • Taller vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.

Terms and Conditions

  1. This car park is Semi-Flexible:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • If your booking is due to start within 4 days of your booking date then unfortunately, once booked, you will not be able to cancel or amend your booking, and it will be non-refundable.
        If you are booking further in advance you can cancel or amend your booking up to 4 days before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 4 days before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on the adjustments.
